Question on ability to allow end users to see Analytics in Power Virtual Agents

Power Virtual Agents has a comprehensive set of analytics that shows the key performance indicators for your bot. However, these Analytics ( inbuilt PowerBi reports ) are available for bot developers or Makers. For example: I have PVA bot built in Team and I have shared with my colleagues so they are the end users in this case. So I have two questions in this case.

1. Is there any way for me to give end users access to these analytics w/o having to share a bot with them? I dont want them to have full edit permissions so they can edit bot topics. It looks the way PVA permissions are setup following window is seen only by Makers

2. How to get access to Feedback score ( number ) that end user has entered. As shows in above screenshot in chat window. Downloaded sessions do not have that information.

@renatoromao , also I didnt get you on Feedback score response. How do you suggest possibility of having that? I only see following column in downloaded session files. and users response to score 0-5 is not store in 'ChatTranscript' column.

Thank you for quick response on this. Seems like great solution however, I have few follow up questions. Looks like I cant get to the dataverse and see the transcripts files in PVA was built in MS teams. Is there any workaround?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm happy to share with you the new feature available for PVA: Custom Analytics solution for Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Power Virtual Agents

You can build your own dashboard.

Regarding the Feedback score, try to implement a solution with the Conversation transcript: Understand conversation transcripts - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs
