Cannot use teams phone

Hi,

 

I work in Hungary and teams phone is enabled is the country by mine is not working. "Sorry, we could not connect you, With your calling licence you can only call people within your organization". It worked last year but get disconnected due to inactivity.

Please re-enable my teems phone since it is needed for my job to call the clients sometimes.

    This isn't a forms question/request. You need to submit a request to the Microsoft Customer Support desk. I'll include a link on creating a ticket to them below;
