Hi

I'm encountering an issue when trying to use a flow integrated into Copilot Studio.

Error Message: The output parameter named output_translate in the flow 'flowName' is missing from the response data. Please refresh the flow or ensure that the flow returns this value. Error Code: FlowActionException.

I have tested the flow, and everything works as expected. The output is correct when tested independently.

To integrate the flow my topic I used the official documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/advanced-flow-input-output

Any idea to fix this is welcome.

Thanks

    • Double-check that output_translate is explicitly defined in your flow and that it is being set as an output value. Go to the flow in Power Automate and review the actions that set the outputs. Make sure the variable or data labeled output_translate is being assigned correctly and is available in the flow’s output.
    • Validate that the output format matches what Copilot Studio expects (e.g., JSON format).
    • Sometimes, even after updating the flow, Copilot Studio may not register the changes. To resolve this Go to Copilot Studio and refresh the flow by re-selecting it or updating the plugin. You can also try removing the flow and adding it back into the topic to ensure that the updated output is recognized.

    Thanks.

    Thankyou for your replay

I followed the steps that you mentions but unfortunately didn't fix the issue
Here are more detail about the implementation. Maybe you can spot something.

Also the tests seams to be fine. The results are the expected one.
