The output parameter with name ‘output’ on flow is missing from the response data

Hi

I'm encountering an issue when trying to use a flow integrated into Copilot Studio.

Error Message: The output parameter named output_translate in the flow 'flowName' is missing from the response data. Please refresh the flow or ensure that the flow returns this value. Error Code: FlowActionException.

I have tested the flow, and everything works as expected. The output is correct when tested independently.

To integrate the flow my topic I used the official documentation. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/advanced-flow-input-output

Any idea to fix this is welcome.
