Last week, Microsoft has announced in the MS Build that will be possible to add videos in the PVA bots. Before that, you should use Power Automate and YouTube videos.
Old way

Note: If you want to test those features, you need to be part of the PVA Preview team, otherwise, you will need to wait until this feature should be available in your organization.
