Error when importing solution in QA environment -

I'm not able to import my solution into my QA environment, lats 10 version work ok with no issue. My version 11 failed to import

with this error:

"It is invalid to create component MetadataForArchival with the same export key value(s) as an existing component. Please change the key. The current value(s) are extensionofrecordid: ca9fe43d-fc3e-4685-8303-1a9d66b68336"

Anyone can help me on where can I find a fix to my issue?

Hello, @aheroux001, when importing the solution, are upgrading or updating?

Thanks Ahmed for your reply

I used "Upgrade" and I got this error:
"The imported solution and the existing solution must both be managed for upgrade."
and when I used "Update" I got this error:
"Solution "Kyndryl Consult Projects Hub" failed to import: It is invalid to create component MetadataForArchival with the same export key value(s) as an existing component. Please change the key. The current value(s) are extensionofrecordid: ca9fe43d-fc3e-4685-8303-1a9d66b68336"

@AhmedSalih with my investigation I fund that "Entity" table have identical ID from the source and according from the message error it have to source solution. My issue now is how to fixit ?
I didn't find any tool to delete that entry or to update that record
