Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to read my question,

I want to optimize my route, which the map control does in PowerApps. However I'm wondering if I can provide a start and end coordinate which all other coordinates are optimized between?

I don't see that option so maybe it's not there or I'm missing something.

I figured out after that it uses the first and last coordinate you provide as the "start" and "finish" so if you have a few points you must go to first regardless of optimization, then use the last must stop first location as your "start" and then your end point and optimize those, then tack on the must stop first locations to the list after optimization is completed.

I used two maps to do this.

I hope you have your solution. If not, do check out Maplytics by Inogic, an add-on that seamlessly integrates with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Apps. It has several features and one of them is Route Optimization which increases the efficiency of routes plotted for business travel. The user can provide the origin, destination, and all the waypoints in between. The feature provides optimized travel routes with turn-by-turn navigation directions that avoid traffic, tolls, and highways.
