    Hello @Veerasekar,

Could you please share the error message? Did you import the CoE core components into your developer environment, or into another environment?

    Hi @Veerasekar,

While you technically can run the CoE Starter Kit in a developer environment (I have done this in my dev tenant for testing purposes), you will have severely lower limits for API calls, flow runs, and so on. You are the only user that can access the environment so all connections would need to be run under your account.

If you are able to enable all the flows, then it shouldn't be a license issue as you would typically see an error when enabling a flow about not having appropriate license to do so.

What error message are you seeing?

    Hi

The CoE documentation requires a user with the following...

Set up the CoE Starter Kit - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

What identity should I install the CoE Starter Kit with?

The CoE Starter Kit requires access to your tenant's Power Platform environments. Therefore, the identity you set up for the CoE Starter Kit needs the following:

@Veerasekar  , from your error message it looks like you don't have the correct licenses
