In General, Different appointments may have the same room but with different subjects and audiences. So merging the appointments is not an ideal solution.
And also if you decided to cancel 30 minutes slot then you have to cancel all meetings and rebook for an hour.
If this is a hard requirement then, we can use Power Automate to Update one appointment and delete the other 2 whenever a new appointment is created or updated. Keep in a mind, this solution may have a bottleneck when multiple users started to use the application.

yes, I think so, I'm trying to use PowerAutomate to merger rows to a row for this case.
