What happened to custom connector GUI?
In all my environments body part is missing from this screen.

I tested it with me and I have no way to reproduce your issue.But searching through internal bugs, I found that there is currently the exact same issue as yours. And the product group is being troubleshot and studied. I guess this should be a temporary issue.
You can also try to switch to the "Swagger editor" and add this in it to check if it can temporarily solve your problem.

Here is my workaround:
1) Body requests are also affected, but work for POST. Paste your response in the POST body reqeuest
2) Copy Swagger file and Ask ChatGPT to move request to response
3) Change from POST to GET
