Hi
I have the following setup:
1. Group form including a Request Files link for external users to upload supporting documents when they submit a claim
2. SharePoint Site with a Document Library with Request Files activated where the attachments are saved
3. SharePoint Site with a List to record the form responses
4. Power automate flow (Record form responses in SharePoint) set up which is working
My issue is that I am not sure how to link the attachments saved using the Request Files link in the form to the SharePoint List item which is created with the form.
Assistance would be appreciated.
