I'm trying to create a new environment and getting the following error.
The Azure AD is setup and the logged in user has been assigned to following admin rules
I've enabled self-service signup in Azure AD,
Also set the Msol company settings using following powershell:
Set-MsolCompanySettings -AllowEmailVerifiedUsers $true -AllowAdHocSubscriptions $true
Not sure if this is due to the permission or there is something obvious which I'm missing.
