Error "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" on Powerapps with LookUp to Sharepoint list, in non-admin user

I posted as a reply about this here the other day, but no luck yet:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Dataverse/Error-when-trying-to-retrieve-data-from-the-network-lookup-field/td-p/2352463

That was just a reply, so I thought I'd better create a new thread as my own case.

Here's my simplified scenario & issue:

I create a new app, and connect my sharepoint list & build a gallery reading it in the app. It works fine until I use LookUp, then when I LookUp some record from my list, there comes an error "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" as App alert:

fig.jpg

(While at it, I also often get another error below the network error "Connection not configured for this service")

I read many similar issue cases in this community and here's what I tried/already did:

- I don't have any lookup columns in any sharepoint lists of mine. LookUp I meant above is the PowerApps LookUp function.

- already granted this user an "Edit" permission to sharepoint list at "permission for this list"

- Dataverse works fine, only Sharepoint lists are not working when using LookUp from PowerApps

- deleted all the sharepoint lists from the app then added again, no luck

- re-published & unshared/shared the app to this user, no luck

It was working brilliant until around April, but all of a sudden dragged me into all these frustrations around these months. My clients cannot process any work with my apps at this moment (and I cannot let them use my primary account)
I ran out of idea, and have no clue yet. Please HELP!😭

    Hi @ofs ,

If you add a new Gallery, connect Items to the list in LookUp function directly, will the user receive the error again? If this is the case, I think it would be the SharePoint permission issue.

    Best regards,

Hi @v-jefferni thank you for your reply!

As I wrote here, I set up my sharepoint list's "Edit" permission granted to the user. (I connected multiple lists whichi permissions are already set up too)

Would there be any other permission setups I am missing? Could you guide me how to complete granting a clear & enough access to the Sharepoint list?

I am having the same issue with my sharepoint list. Funny thing though, its only causing error with one specific list (I have multiple lists on the same sharepoint site). And when I create a new screen and connect it to the list with error, its working. Its so frustrating, please help
