Agent not working on teams

When I initially deployed the agent on my teams it worked but after 2 weeks it stopped working, the agent works well with copilot studio but not on teams. I am using the free trial for copilot studio as of now.

My trial has not expired(have 45 days left). It worked earlier when initially added to teams channel.

We are having the same issue in our organization. We are not using a free trial. We were preparing to deploy the agent in the Microsoft Teams app store, but we've encountered a problem that has put a halt to our plans. To address this matter, we've opened a case with Microsoft and are awaiting their response. In the meantime, any advice or suggestions you might have to help us navigate this issue would be greatly appreciated.
