We cannot increase the number beyond 2000. When Power App queries for the information, Power App does not process the data but it passes the query to the data source for processing and returns the data.

Depending on your data source, some of the operations are not supported by the datasource. Due to that, we will run into delegation warnings in the Power App.

All the blue line errors, which shows up in the Power Apps Health Checker as warnings must be resolved.

All the delegation warnings related to the SP lists which contains (or will contain) more than 2000 should be resolved by adjusting the formulas.

    Here is the article:

We had a similar issue, you are best filtering the timesheet entries by date, for example, one person will not submit 2000 timesheets in one week. If you want to look at the data globally for the whole business, for the whole year, PowerBI would be a better option but you have to consider the refresh rates. The above approach would allow you to view 2000 timesheet lines in total. One alternative is to use a forall formula to go through each member of staff and collect all of their records individually and store them in a variable / collection. this way you could have 2000 member of staff and 2000 timesheets each.
