toggle bar yes and no

When toggle bar  "I do not know vendor name" is ON then i need to disable the vendor name and buyer name controls and if toggle bar is off then i need to enable vendor name and buyer name controls.so by default toggle bar is off and the vendor name and buyer name is enabled.
 
So how to check for above logic for toggle bar ?

    toggle bar yes and no
    Write this expression on DisplayMode property of your Combobox and textInput controls.

    If    (Toggle1.Checked,DisplayMode.Disabled, DisplayMode.Edit)
