Centre of Excellence - Not Seeing anything

Hi All

Sorry if this has been covered previously but having a few issues with the CoE.

I've installed the CoE core components but when opening any of the apps I'm not seeing any data. I've got a premium license (P2) and have an admin account throughout the environment. I've added the connectors under my own account for now as this has been done in the Dev environment (sandbox). When opening any of the apps its not seeing any data in any of the screens.

Not sure where i have gone wrong, have followed the steps via Microsoft but haven't been able to resolve the issue

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

    Hi @SteveWWHA

In the starter kit there are a bunch of flows that pull data into the CoE starter kit’s Dataverse. You see this day through the Admin View model driven app. Check that the Admin | Sync flows are running successfully and have completed.

Usually, the best place to get help for the COE starter kit is on GitHub https://github.com/microsoft/coe-starter-kit

Raise your issue there, they are very responsive

    Thanks for the help

The workflow is enabled but checking in Flow, i can't see the flow in there at all. Looking in the solution, the flow is there and switched on and when running manually, it times out after 1 hour

It's almost as if the flow doesnt have the permissions it needs to do it but its running as my own user for now and i have a system admin account as well as all the necessary role profile

    Hi @SteveWWHA

I recommend re-reading all of the CoE install documentation and making sure you have all the prerequisites and have done all the steps.  It is quite a process to set up but if you follow everything exactly, it does work.

I suspect that you don't have the correct license assigned to your user.  Do you have a Power Apps per User license? Read more here about pre-requisites Set up the CoE Starter Kit - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs
