On-premises data gateway does not appear in my Power Apps browser.

1. I installed On-premises data gateway in my computer.

It looks fine here.

but Gateway page in Power Apps says nothing caught.

2. I tried Diagnosis.

Everything is successful to connect.

I checked if HTTPS mode is turned off. It's on. It seems not related.

I reinstalled and checked if my region is not correct.

hmm, 'Korea -> Asia' seems legit here.

3. I checked if the region is not the same.

Gateway: Korea Central

Environment: Asia

Can the issue be from this one? I can't change the region of my environment into another.

* It says nothing at Gateway page

* environments page in admin center that says It's in Asia region.

I have a router in my home. can it happen that it can't reach to my computer?

HTTPS mode seems to solve this issue so that I don't need to take a look on this...

I have no idea where to look at after this.

    Hi @dracomaleus ,

I don't think the issue relates to the router.

Please try and download a new setup package, install from the beginning. You will be able to see the blog of "Troubleshoot a missing gateway" on the Gateway management page:

    Solving steps:

Reinstalling the Gateway in the proper environment.

It’s unfortunately not possible to change the region of a gateway that's already installed, so you'll need to do the setup from scratch.

    1. Uninstall the Gateway from the Add or Remove Programs app. Search for "On-premises Data Gateway", select "Uninstall" and follow the wizard.
    2. Download and run the latest version of the On-Premises Data Gateway installer available here
    3. Follow the wizard until reaching the Gateway naming page. Click on the "Change region" link:282.png
    4.     Select the region matching your PowerApps environment, and hit Done.
    5.     Keep following the Gateway installation wizard until complete.
    6.     Go to the Gateway page of the flow portal in the target environment
    7.     Verify that the Gateway properly appears in the list of Gateways. If the Gateway is still missing, please contact the Microsoft support: https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

    Hope this helps.
