PVA Rating In Teams Not Showing Other Tan words, But intermittent Bug Display Graphic Equivalent With Square

I have seen other posts in community concerning PVA ratings and what does/does not show in Teams implementation. Sporadically our PVA implementation in Teams attempts shows an equivalent to the graphic stars. Recently, my accident, user type something other than a number-and this appeared:Anomaly that sporadically showsAnomaly that sporadically shows

Is there a Microsoft fixed coming that resolves this issue? Is this coming from PVA or Teams-or both?

Thanks, Neil

    Hey @Anonymous,

I looked into this myself to see if I could replicate it, and I can. That seems to be currently the default behavior of the Confirm Success topic rather than a glitch. It is not a bugged out box, but rather presenting the user with a clickable options set, like many other questions in PVA. There are some differences in functionality between the Web version of PVA and the Teams version, and not having the graphical 5 star options shown is one of those differences.

As this is currently expected behavior, there is no timeline on when/if that functionality will be changing. However, here on the forums we do have a section dedicated to Ideas, where Power Virtual Agents users can speak on what functionality they wish to see in the bot in the future! I've found the most recent topic mentioning this here, which you would be welcome to upvote to help show support for the idea, or if the age of the topic concerns you, you can visit here in order to create a new topic addressing this.

    Hope this helps!
