Hello everyone,
I will leave my company in a few weeks. I am currently switching Power Automate Flows etc. to a separate account. In this way, they will work after my departure.
But what happens to the dataverse records, processes and all the other CRM/Dataverse stuff which I am an owner of when I leave my company? Are those records still active in the Model-Driven App or will they somehow break?
I tried the option "reassign records" already but it gave me an error "0x80040265. This operation is not supported". For the record, my current account and the account I want to assign the records to have System admin rights.
What are possible negative consequences when I leave the records/processes etc. as they are now (with myself as the owner).
Any help is highly appreciated!

Please check out the new functionality identified here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/delete-users) where you can permanently remove users from Dataverse. There is a good video to walk you through all the steps. You will see in the video that you will need to reassign records, if you are having errors with this you may have to open a case with Microsoft.
