Unable to add MS Sharepoint List as a knowledge source

I have created a Sharepoint List which details all available digital applications in our business. I have tried to create an agent which references this list as the one source of truth, to provide users with info on certain apps/software and direct them towards resolutions.

The list is saved in a Team Sharepoint area. However I cannot add the specific list as a knowledge source. It either says the link is not valid, says it cannot be found, and does not appear in my 'recently viewed' files/areas within copilot studio.

I can add the general team Sharepoint site as a knowledge source, in the hope that it would find the list in the background via this way, but when interacting with the agent it cannot pull any acccurate data from the List. Could there be a permissions or access issue causing a problem here. I am a user in a large business and do not have admin rights over our M365 environment.

Alternatively, is this feature not actually rolled out yet?

Thanks, any advice would be helpful!

No, I'm still having the same issue. Haven't had loads of time to dedicate to fixing it yet though but the initial tips you sent haven't helped. Thanks for the suggestions however.

If you are not able to use the Get Items option then there is another problem, such as using the wrong environment, as the action itself is not the same as trying to type in the uri, since you would browse to the list.

Are you saying you see no lists when you use the option that leverages Lists (Get Items) or you see them all except that one?
