Issues when deploying bot to Teams

Hello,

I have a bot I have built in Copilot Studio that is based on documents in SharePoint. The bot is using 'Only Teams and PowerApps' authentication. This bot in Copilot Studio is producing correct responses that are based on dataset stored in documents on a SharePoint site.

Once deployed to Teams (Channels -> MS Teams) and once the same questions are asked in the same bot via Teams chat, I get: " I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?"

Can someone help me understand what is happening here?

Thanks.

I am attempting to set authentication with Entra ID but I am not able to get any answers:

    Good morning,

I hope you are doing well. I'm afraid you can't deploy a chatbot using your sharepoint with only the "Teams and powerapps" authentication :

You need to create an azure Entra ID registration. Here is some documentation that can help : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/nlu-generative-answers-sharepoint-onedrive

I am seeing this error in create generative answers box :'There is an error: 'AuthenticationInputNotEnabled'', but when I change the authentication method and use log in user that bot stops working altogether in teams and in Copilot Studio.
