Migrate MS Teams Apps between environments

Hi - we have to move an environment that has 1 of the App Templates (Inspections) to  a different tenant.

I know you can move your own customizations (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/teams/import-solution-in-teams). Is it possible to copy the data/tables from these pre-built apps ?

    You can migrate everything related to the table (schema, Views, business rules,....), but not the data.
