I have data stored in Dataverse Table and IPowerAutomate Flow generate Excel file . This excel file needs to be attached in email t.
Please share me the actions without saving the file in one drive or sharepoint.

You might consider converting the array to a CSV file and attaching the CSV file to the email. I've made a test for your reference:

When opening the CSV it shows only one column with the values separated by commas, how did you make it so in your excel it open as separate columns?
