Sharepoint knowledge working on 1-on-1 chat but not on group chat.

We have an copilot agent that has connected to Sharepoint folder as it's knowledge base.
While querying agent in the Teams on 1-on-1 chat, it's responding clearly but when added to the teams group chat it's just responding "try rephrasing".
Can you put lights on why it's working on 1-on-1 but not on group chat.
And is there any solution to it.

    How did you deploy your agent to teams? The setting must be Allow everyone in your organization otherwise other team members are not able to interact with the agent. Check out the Important Section in this article: Allow users to add an agent to a team in Teams
