Hello, I need to develop an apps so that my suppliers, external to my organization, can enter some information, and submit their invoices in PDF format, so that these PDF files are then classified in a specific folder according to the selected service by the supplier. Do you have any idea how to get this kind of functionality?

    You want Power Apps Portals for this. It enables external users to interact with your dataverse/powerapps data without requiring them to have a named user license.
