When creating a rule is there the option to use the else keyword?
Not exactly but I am willing to bet you can accomplish your goal.
If(Test to be performed, does this if true, do this if false)
So in the false section you could embed another if assuming that is what you are thinking about.
I have videos with examples of If and Switch which might also like if you need.
