flow going to the no condition branch

I am facing a problem in a topic inside my Copilot agent. The flow goes like this.
1)What is your name? stores user's response in a variable called Name
2)What is your location? stores user's response in a variable called Location
3)Are you happy with our services? Branching Yes / No (stored in a variable as string called Satisfy)
4)- Yes Branch -> more options to choose from (What services are you happy with?)
4)- No Branch -> How can we improve our services? (stores user's response in a variable called Feedback)
5)How would you rate us? (1-5)
Then calling a power automate flow with all the variables as input to store in an excel sheet.

Now in my conversation flow after step 5), it is going to the no branch even if the user has chosen yes in step 3). I need help solving this issue.

To be fair, I am confused by the question, order and pictures.

in your Are you happy with our customer services, that is at the same level as 2 other conditions (and I have no idea how it determines which one to use), so I do not know how, #4 is supposed to go over to #4 in the picture when its at the same level. You then said after 5 it goes to the no side of 3.. so I do not follow sorry

3)Are you happy with our services? Branching Yes / No (stored in a variable as string called Satisfy)
4)- Yes Branch -> more options to choose from (What services are you happy with?)
4)- No Branch -> How can we improve our services? (stores user's response in a variable called Feedback)

I know it is confusing for me as well, as there were only 3 max attachments I couldn't show the whole topic.
to answer your question, no "Are you happy with our customer services" isn't in the same level as the two other conditions. notice the indentation. 4th step are the two branches arising from that question
"Yes am happy with services" and "No am not happy"

The issue I am facing is after step 5 the next step is an action that calls an agent flow to add a row in an excel with whatever value stored i the variables. If the user has chosen "Yes am happy with services", then just before the action step the flow goes to the no branch and asks the user "How can we improve our services" which shouldn't be the case as the user has gone to the yes branch and answered questions relating to the yes branch.

    I hope this clarifies
