Issues with retrieving Sharepoint Page Content

Recently Copilot Studio agents in our tenant have stopped bringing back SharePoint page content. Is anyone else having this issue? These are modern pages. We are correctly licensed. We can reproduce it with multiple agents and multiple sites and multiple Power Platform environments. Simple sites with just a handful of pages. Simple easy prompts that should be an easy retrieval. It happens when the 'Tenant graph grounding with semantic search' feature on or off. We have a case open and nobody can help us solve it yet. This is a blocker for us on many levels.

hello, i have a lot of idea to try :) hope one of them will help :

did you look in the DLP part : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/admin-data-loss-prevention

specialy in the default DLP of power platform, in the blocked tab : by default all new connector/dlp are block in most governance and if connector have moved/change it's probably here. Happen often since copilot studio are not in a dedicatec category aTM.

did you security team change something in pureview ? Copilot studio started recently to be sensitive to pureview label, coulb be an idea.

Are you trying with the sharepoint big button or the little one in the middle of add knowledge screen ? did you try both ?

in wich environnement type are you, did you try in all ?

Did you try in "special environnement" : Create one in United State region, enable the early feature programe : try again ?

does the developper have the copilot studio licence or trial only ?

@Romain The Low-Code Bearded Bear We tried it all, the DLPs are configured correctly otherwise we could not publish the agent with a unapproved SPO site URL. File content in document libraries will come back for some prompts. Page data simply will not come back. Rephrasing the prompts, using simple ones, nothing works. I can check the Purview angles

We have had this exact same issue for the past 5 weeks.
Results from Documents works fine.
No results at all from Site pages.

We also have a case opened with Microsoft, which we have been sending them all kinds of data,
