How to show/hide fields in model-driven app based on the lookup column related records

Hi,

My solution has 2 tables:
User Information
UserName Email IsRegister
Primary column; text column text column Y/N column

User Enroll
Record ID UserName StartTime EndTime
Primary column; autonumber Lookup column to User Information Date/Time column Date/Time column

Requirement 1 :
In the MDA, users would create record in User Enroll table; when user select UserName whose IsRegister value equals to Y, EndTime should be hidden; when user select UserName whose IsRegister value equals to N, EndTime should be visible.

//I want to set Business Rule in the table to make it, but in the condition I can only select the UserName column instead of IsRegister column.

Requirement 2:
When user create a new record, StartTime field can be populated with current date & time by clicking a button.

Could you please give me some ideas on how to realize these? Appreciate a lot!

     is Hey zacker,

You can do this with your business rule, but you have to make sure that the field IsRegister is on the form as well (you can set it to not visible).

The second requirement you can use a workflow for example or a power automate flow if the field isnt populatet then take the same time as the created on time, or when a Checkbox is checked (now) that it takes the time of created on (with a business process flow).

    Thanks for replying!
    For requirement 1:
could you provide more details on how to make it? I tried to add a subgrid in the main form where included IsRegister field but during creation on business rule this field still could not be found.
