How to do a vlookup with multiple criteria

Hello,

I would like to perform a vlookup in power query with multiple criteria. Each month, my company needs to enter the Commodity associated with each transaction on our credit card statement. To assign a Commodity, my team has to look at the "Name" column which lists the department that requested the purchase and the "Supplier" column which is the company that we purchased items from.

I was wondering if there is a way to write a vlookup in power query that will consider multiple criteria. This way I could pull the appropriate Commodity value for each transaction from the "Historical Account Strings" table (Note: Located on the "JE" tab) by referencing the "Name" and "Supplier" of each transaction. For example, If we look at the first transaction listed on the "Aveus" tab, I'm expecting the query to pull in "Dues & Subscriptions".
