ALM and source control in Power Apps

Hi,

We are creating brand new Power apps environment. I have CRM background but I was a way for couple of years. I would like to find the best way to perform ALM and Source control. We are using Azure Devops Git repo.

I found multiple videos but not sure which one is the way to go. here are 2 ways that i am thinking

1- Using The ALM Accelerator

I like to try ALM accelerator. I watched this video which was released on June 23rd, 2022 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGpIz1-0OVQ. But when i look at the docs it seems that it is in preview. I am not sure it is a problem with docuemnt not getting updated or it is still in preview. 2- Using Microsoft Power Platform Build Tools for Azure DevOps - Power apps.

Also I would like to see what is the best way to collaborate meaning I would like to have both Canvas and model driven apps unpacked in GIT and be saved , so literally multiple developer could work and compare before check in their code.

Any advice would be much appreciate!
