regional issue for date and time

Hi,

since the end of last week I Have an issue with date and time:

date are in the format mm/dd/yy and time are in 12 AM PM

 

before all was in the french behaviour dd/mm/yy and 24hours time. BUT NOT FOR ALL THE users of the application.

 

I tried search in the regional parameters of the ipad but everything is normal

 

What happen?

    You might want to take a look at this recent post in regard to the same problem and region and platform.

    My guess is a bug crawled in and needs to be addressed.  There is no current solution or acknowledgment, but there is a workaround presented there.
