Hi community,
I have a Powerapp which is linked to an open SharePoint list (users from my organization are able to add and change items).
In the past, I was able to “hide” the actual list with a workaround, so that users were forced to use the Powerapp. Now that the MS lists app is available, the users are basically able to use the list again without going to the Powerapp.
Is there a way to remove/hide this SharePoint list from the MS lists app so that users are “forced” again to use the Powerapp?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Hi @Lucas_01 ,
If you create a custom permission based on a copy of Contribute and remove "View Application Pages", does this work for you - it stops them opening any view in SharePoint.
