Regarding to connection between powerapps and sharepoin list

I developed a business card reading app using Power Apps, and when I asked a colleague to test it, they received an error message saying "Unable to load Table 2."

In Power Apps, we're connected to a SharePoint list, which was created by importing Table 2 from an Excel file. It seems that my colleague's screen is unable to load this Table 2.

Of course, I've already shared both the app and the SharePoint list, and I've granted the necessary access permissions.

Can you please help me identify the cause of this issue and suggest possible solutions?

    pls try the following:
    • SharePoint Permissions: Verify permissions for the SharePoint list and site.
    • Data Source: Remove and reconnect the SharePoint list in Power Apps.
    • Re-Publish: Save and re-publish the app after making updates.
    • Monitor: Debug the app using the Monitor tool for more insights.
    • Test: Ask the colleague to retest the app after clearing their browser cache.

Are you saying that the name of your SharePoint list is Table2?
Is the Excel spreadsheet also setup as a data source to the application? If it is, you should remove it if you are only using the SharePoint list. Otherwise give the other user access to the Excel spreadsheet.

    Thank you  for your reply.

First, the name of the SharePoint list is "Business card" ("名刺" in Japanese).
When I created the list in SharePoint, I imported an Excel table, and the name of that table was Table 2.
Additionally, the data source for PowerApps is only the SharePoint list.

    made a list from excel

In English, Table2 could not be read. There is no access permission to display this data. Server response: Table 2 failed

Thanks to your answer, I think I understand the reason now.
This time, I shared the SharePoint after sharing the app.
In other words, when the app was shared, the SharePoint access rights had not been granted yet.
However, perhaps I should have shared the SharePoint first, and then published the app.
    I will try this tomorrow.
