Is Dynamics365 app for outlook available for model-drivenM app user?

Hello, I have a question about dynamics365 app for outlook availability.

According to this article, it seems App for outlook is available for MDA user too. However I couldn't find the security role or link to download App for outlook in this article on my page.

Is there other way to install App for outlook, or just unavailable for MDA user?

Hi @limontora3,

The order of steps in the documentation don't seem to be quite correct, at least for regular Dataverse environments that don't have Dynamics 365 apps enabled.

You need to install the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook from AppSource into your environment first. Then the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User security role will show up as a role you can assign to users.
