Hi, having issue patching a lookup field - the field is called new_salesmanager. This was working 2 days ago but now getting this error below. Here's what I noticed so far, when I run my backup from two days ago it saves the data no error at all but if I make a copy or save as to new app then run the new app I get the error in second image. I tried some of the suggestions like using concat but didn't work see error below. Btw I have several lookup fields that was working 2 days and now having the same issues. Any thoughts or ideas?
We are having the exact same issue and have logged a premier support ticket to chase a resolution.

Microsoft advised that a patch was released to correct the issue. We retested and it has been working since.
