Customize predefined entities

Hi you all
(my first question here)
Is there a way to customize behaviour of predefined entities?
I.e.: the entity that extracts name/surname from a phrase could be improved allowing to exclude some answers from the possible results so if an user answer "NO" to the question "May I know your name?" I could exclude that NO is stored by the entity as name of the user.
I wish I expressed correctly what I mean, I'm trying to improve my english.

Thx

I can see that "no" is identified as a name for some reason, but why not change the wording of your question to something like "please provide your name", and then users will be less likely to type "no" as an answer.

You're right (even if the formula has a slightly imperative sound that may dislike to the user)... you mean there's no -easy- way to customize predefined entities?

I don't think prebuilt entities can be fine-tuned. In any case, users answering "no" seems like quite an edge case. If you want users to be able to "interrupt" the question, have your copilot indicate they can say something like "cancel" or "start over" at any point. This will be more efficient than trying to fine-tune entities.

If I undestand how that entity works, having a look to the phrases it extracts the name from, it seems to me it assumes any answer composed by a single word as name of the user...
This is not a locking problem to me, I'm just trying to understand how much I can rely to the standard behaviour of entities and you're right again when you say that fine tuning entities is a job for specialists (and I'm not)
