Markdown Table Not Populating Markdown Table in Format - What am I missing"

Trying to get a row from excel and put it in a markdown table. I cant get this markdown table to work, I tried to replicate my other flow but this one is not working. What am I missing?

Please provide assistance community.

@wherdzik you need to put 2 spaces at the end of your line (in the append string action of power automate) to trigger a carrier return in PVA
