Replicate same form in power pages

Hi All,

I am trying to create a form, in which I have a dropdown, now if I select number 1 from the dropdown, then the forms should show up 1 time, if I select 2 then the form should appear twice and so on.

Any idea how can I accomplish this?

But why do you need this kind of requirement?
Explain in detail so we can move on another solution.

Hi @SanshubhLubal ,
So basically the clients want to allow external users to fill the forms, and the dispenser form (as shown above) should replicate the number of times as selected from dropdown.
For external users I think they are focusing on power pages.
If you have any alternative for this then let me know
