Power Apps PAYG vs Per App Plan Licensing Requirements

Hi Power Apps Community, 

 

If an app is set up to be PAYG but we have some users licensed with Per App Plan. Would the Per-App license allow users to access the app and not be charged under the PAYG model?

    Hi,

    PAYG is a method of licensing asiggned to an environment, not to an app. When you link an environment to a azure subscription with PAYG all contains is of the environment is licensed and you will pay only the consum.

    Per app licenses are not assigned to users, they are assigned to environments also.

    Then, if you configure PAYG to an environment environment this will be the license method of its flows and apps.
