Hi All,
Is there a way to receive the transcript of the conversation after the user leave the chatbot or after the rating?
Seems like Microsoft just threw a wood horse on the street without legs and head as the processes are all incomplete.

Also, you can try to implement the logic that I have explained in this topic below. But I don't think will be good because you need to wait 6 hours at least.
