Creating a Petty Cash Claim Form

Dear Experts,

Would like to seek your assistance and advise again. 🙂

I have created a petty cash claim form that is tied up to a sharepoint list. When a staff submitted it to our portal, the SharePoint column named "Collection Status" will be set to "Pending for collection". Now, In powerapps, I want to add a new screen that shows all the un-claimed petty cash entries (filtered from "Collection Status" column), then our controller can update the "Collection Status" of any entries to "Claimed" by entering the Request ID number, and click confirm button.

    Hi @Champ14 :

Do you want to get something like this:

    21.gif

I've made a test for your reference:

    1\My data source:

    Column (click to edit) Type
    Title Single line of text
Request ID Single line of text
Verification Status Single line of text
Collection Status Single line of text

    1.JPG

    2\Add a text input control(TextInput1)

3\Set the submit button's OnSelelct property to

    Patch(Champ14,LookUp(Champ14,'Request ID'=TextInput1.Text),{'Collection Status':"Claimed"})

    Best Regards,

    Bof
