Hi.
i'm power platform admin in org.
some users created bots from a trial and i want to delete those.
the delete option is greyed out for both me and the tenant admin.
how can i delete those?

Have you tried from the solution side, i.e. from make.powerapps.com?

I don’t see those on the power apps admin
Only on the co pilot environment

i see some bots in the studio and i want to delete them
It's odd you don't see them from the Power Apps maker portal, because this is where you'd typically manage the bot ALM, using solutions.
I see you're in the default environment, do you see the bots in the Default Solution, from that URL?https://make.powerapps.com/environments/~default/solutions/fd140aaf-4df4-11dd-bd17-0019b9312238/objects/bots
