We are not able to add the bot to the solution.

We have followed the following documentation for creating the solution for the chatbot  and were getting a message "

"Sql error: Generic SQL error. CRM ErrorCode: -2147204784 Sql ErrorCode: -2146232060 Sql Number: 2812"

    Hi @ganne1 ,

     

    Two questions:

    1- Do you have the System Customizer security role?

     

    2- Do you have permission to add other apps, flows, or something like that inside your solution? Because if no, you will not able to add the bot too.
