Hi Community,

I have followed all the exact steps and configured docusign to the multistep form in my power pages website. All the connection references in Power Automate flow also looks fine. I have tried to view this in on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
I have provided all the table permissions as Authenticated User, and all looks good except one error when I click on View and Sign button which is as attached.
Error Message: “There was a problem opening the document. Please contact your administrator.” Please let me know what exactly is causing this issue and how can I resolve the issue.

    Hi Community,

I’ve identified the root cause of the issue and found a solution. The error message “There was a problem opening the document. Please contact your administrator.” typically indicates a permission or configuration issue within the DocuSign integration setup.

Here's what resolved it in my case: This issue is related to permissions/web role for Cloud flow.

    Step 1:
When you first connect your cloud flow to the Power Pages site, you probably added the Authenticated User role (as the documentation says).

For now, remove that role and instead add the Anonymous User role.

    Step 2:
    Save and sync your changes.

    Step 3:
Go back to your multi-step form on portal. You should now be able to see the DocuSign template, and the error message should be gone.

    Step 4:
Once everything is working, go back and remove the Anonymous User role and add back the Authenticated User role.
