Incorrect end date adding to Outlook Calendar

My app stores a Start Date and End Date in a SharePoint list as 11/04/2020 and 11/07/2020. When the item is created Flow adds it to a calendar but only shows 11/04/2020 to 11/06/2020. I can't figure out why it leaves out 11/07/2020. All time zones are set to Eastern Time.

Hi Aimthedame,

I would definitely recommend taking a look at one of the flow runs to see exactly what values are passed to the calendar. The SharePoint list may store the data as date-only, but it's probably passing Date + Time to the calendar.

My guess is that on the calendar, the event goes from 11/4/2020 00:00 (aka, midnight) to 11/7/2020 00:00. I'm not sure if you are using Outlook or something else, but on Outlook such an event would not show on 11/7 at all. You would probably need to modify the End Time to go all the way until 11/8/2020 00:00 or 11/7/2020 23:59.

Thanks for the reply, Tom! I'm sorry that I forgot to reply that (after some thought) I figured it out. You are absolutely right. I needed to extend the hours into the last day. Thanks again!
