How to convert a CSV variable to a list of options?

I got a string comma-separated-value variable (strFam) and I'd like to split it and use the items as options for a multioption question.... 
I used this formula but it doesn't work:

ForAll(
   Split(Topic.strFam,","),
        Text(ThisRecord.Value)
)
 
 
Any help?
