I am trying to create a process where tasks are created and given an SLA and the system works out the due date from it. To achieve this I am using the Task entity.
I have noticed that in the admin centre there is the option for Business Closures where you can pre-set dates that the business is closed. The problem I have is that when I click on this I get a white screen and nothing loads.
What I want to know is:
Hi @sammybridge
It is really difficult to be certain (as it is not explicitly documented) but I am sure that SLA are only part of the Dynamics 365 apps and not included in baseline Power Apps.
I have also tried accessing Business Closures in the Power Platform admin center and get a blank page too.
I also cannot see where you can even set up SLAs in in Power Apps. The option to enable it against an entity is not there.
Hi @sammybridge,
SLA is one of the core entities (tables) in the Dynamics 365 for Customer Service module which is created when you install the solution into your Dataverse environment that is enabled for Dynamics 365. This requires you to have a license to use the SLA table (unless you are read-only) .
At the link below you can see the full documented list of restricted entities and which Dynamics 365 module license(s) provide entitlement to use it for non read-only use.
