Sharing a Chatbot in Teams for collaborative authoring

I have created a chatbot using Power Virtual agents application within Microsoft Teams.  I would like to share this with other owners of the Team for co-authoring.

 

When I click on Share the only option I have is to share with a security group.

 

How can I share to allow other users to add topics and answer questions?
