I've submitted the response on page 2 and it is in edit mode, I'm unable to add data.
Can someone help me with this? My app will run according to the response on page 1 and will navigate to page 2 to add some more data.

What does this mean? "unable to add data". Could you please show me some screenshots about your app?

On this page, I'll submit the required details, and based on the information provided, I'll navigate to the next screen to continue adding data. However, upon pressing the submit button, the new form is submitted, and I navigate to the next page, but the screen is stuck at 'getting your data.
What is Item of Form in next screen?
Have you used "NewForm" function on button for navigating to next screen?
Please try this:
Item of Form which is on next screen: Last(SortByColumns(ListName,"ID",SortOrder.Ascending))
I've used the 'If' command on the success of Form One. based on the the selected option, the continue button will show, and upon selecting that button, the 'SubmitForm' command is executed. But on the next page, it shows me "Getting your data".
Please check the formulas related to the form and the settings of the form, usually the form cannot display the data related to the mode and the item. I suggest you provide the relevant formulas so that I can test and simulate your problem.
